It's Gold for Bauder

Bauder has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Gold standard accreditation, following a rigorous assessment.
Investors in People has long been acknowledged as the most successful framework for business improvement through people. It helps business across every size, sector and location to compete and succeed through improved people performance. The prestigious Gold Award is truly an accolade to be coveted with only 3% achieving this status.
In order to achieve this highest accolade, Bauder had to satisfy Investors in People’s 39 customary core requirements, and an additional 132 evidence-based requirements to reach the gold standards. They were tested against comprehensive framework requirements involving; Learning and Development Strategy; People Management Strategy; Leadership and Management Strategy; Management Effectiveness; Recognition and Reward; Involvement and Empowerment; Learning and Development; Performance Management; Business Strategy; and Continuous Improvement.
Commenting on Bauder’s success Simon Allsop, Investor’s in People assessor said, “This is an exceptional performance and the business is to be congratulated on its achievement.”

Earlier this year Bauder also achieved a place, for the second time, in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For 2012, together with a 3 star status accreditation.
