Bauder Launches New Lorry Livery

Bauder and fellow family-owned, Ipswich based company Green & Skinner have gone the extra mile in developing their partnership with the addition of a new co-branded lorry. Bauder and haulage and distribution experts Green & Skinner have worked together for over 13 years, with Green & Skinner delivering Bauder’s flat roof, green roof and solar products to construction sites located throughout the UK, from Land’s end to John o’ Groats. A new multipurpose rigid curtainside distribution vehicle is one of three exclusive Bauder branded trucks in Green & Skinner’s diverse fleet, which consists of almost 40 vehicles and trailers. All the Green & Skinner vehicles carry its distinctive logo, however it is only the three Bauder lorries that do not feature the usual striking green and yellow livery colours that people associate with the company. The first vehicle to feature the Bauder livery was back in 2009, since then the number of deliveries Green & Skinner have performed on behalf of the manufacturer has increased rapidly year on year. Currently, Green & Skinner lorries execute between 20-30 deliveries a day and over 6,000 per annum, all of which are dispatched from the Bauder warehouse on Landseer Road in Ipswich. 

Commenting on the addition to the Green & Skinner fleet, Michael Skinner said, “We have worked with Bauder for many years and are delighted that the partnership has gone from strength to strength. The unique livery that we have for Bauder makes a lot of sense given the sheer quantity of deliveries we handle for the company but also highlights just how well our relationship has developed.
