1320m² of BTRS installed onto Keele University

Bauder approved contractors, NRA Roofing & Flooring, have installed 1320m² of our bituminous waterproofing system,
Bauder Total Roof System (BTRS), onto Keele University, a new build project located in Newcastle Under Lyme, along with our light-weight BauderSOLAR PV system with risk-free, zero penetration installation.

BTRS was specified for a number of roof areas on this project because of its heay duty, robust features and its extremely high quality. BTRS has a service life in excess of 35 years, is capable of withstanding permanently sited loads of up to 2000Kgm² andnd has a fire classification BROOF(t4), achieves 'law vulnerability' for Scotland, and is verified by the BBA as 'unrestricted' therefore is suitable for use on any part of a roof. The project was guaranteed at the end of 2019.
