Canary Quay apartments comprise four unique high-rise buildings offering 323 modern designed apartments located on the banks of the River Wensum in Norwich.

Across the 4000m2 four phase project, various Bauder waterproofing solutions were installed. Bauderflex bituminous system with tapered insulation was installed on the main roof area. The podium areas comprise Bakor 790-11 Hot Melt structural waterproofing system, with hard and soft landscaping finishes.
