LiquiTEC Roof and Terrace System
The Bauder LiquiTEC roof system is a fast-curing poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin system reinforced with polyester fleece.
LiquiDEK Roof System achieves a CCPI mark which recognises that any claims made about it have
been independently assessed across 11 clauses, providing greater clarity by offering improved product information. This gives specifiers confidence in the knowledge that they will have unambiguous information when deciding which of our systems is best for their new build or refurbishment project.

When to specify...
LiquiTEC is a fast-curing, two-coat, wet-on-wet system particularly suited to areas where there is a high degree of detailing, or when access to install waterproofing is restricted. The system is appropriate for both new build or refurbishment applications for cold, warm, and inverted roof constructions.
The system can be used as exposed roof waterproofing or as a roof terrace when protected by hard landscaping as well as extensive and intensive green roof systems. The system can be used in zero falls applications in protected roof situations.

- BBA Certificate number 14/5152 LiquiTEC Roof System.
- Our LiquiTEC Warm Roof System holds ENV1187 fire classification BROOF (t4) and are verified by the BBA and stated on our certification for use as ‘unrestricted’ and suitable for use on any part of a roof or terrace.
- Bauder LiquiTEC meets FLL guidelines, which is the benchmark test for root resistance in Europe.
