Bauder LiquiTOP is a moisture triggered curing, single component, glass fibre mat reinforced polyurethane liquid, for the refurbishment of existing flat roofs and new build applications.

Bauder LiquiTOP system is ideal for the refurbishment of existing roofs and particularly suited to those that have a high degree of complex detailing, around high concentrations of rooftop plant, and in constrained areas of access. It can also be used in roof terrace applications where the system is laid to falls and is protected by slabs or decking on pedestals.
The system can be installed as a two-coat or three-coat (LiquiTOP 3COAT System) solution and fully bonds to the substrate, such as a direct waterproofing overlay to an existing flat roof.
The cold application means hot works are not necessary for the installation of the system making it ideal for many sites, e.g. production facilities where fire safety constraints apply.

protected through the performance of the cap sheet and achieves the system classification, B
ROOF(t4), for flat
and sloping roofs.
